I just got my Max 2 yesterday. I have not gotten to try it yet. When I was reading the manual, I noticed it said to not use soap and water to clean it, as it would degrade the sleeve. So how are we supposed to clean it? Lovense doesn't sell toy cleaner, so what would be the preferred way to clean it and not degrade anything?

You could use any cleaner that is made for silicone products. Just google it as there are different products in every country.
The lube in the shop is not for cleaning, it's a lube for sex / sextoys to help sliding in easier.
My personal advise:
I never had troubles with cleaning it with water and a little bit of mild soap that is specially made for silicone toys + adding a after care product / powder from time to time when I didn't use it for a while.

u are wrong, lovense is selling toy cleaner, look in the shop (lovense.com/public/store) unter accessories, water-based lubricant.
But i use water all the time, but i have the extra vagina sleeve, and i do not notice some difference.
I use only water, NO sope.
