There is still an issue that could make troubles for a couple of user, but we also work on that.

Ditto - this was working last night but not today - I've stripped the app from iPad , turned off, re installed and still no link - sent issue by email

I can create links but they do not work. It pulls up the control when someone clicks on them but as you move the paddles up and down it does nothing to the Edge2 that I have. If I use the Lovense browser I can create fake tips for testing as well and that works and if someone tips me on Chaturbate it works, but links I create do not.

I can’t generate a link bc keep wanting me to enable cam model extension but I don’t have it connected bc I don’t want the camera

I'm having the same issue and not able to get past connecting the app to the toy. It says my toy doesn't exist in their system and yet I've used it since 2020. I've tried troubleshooting but nothing has resolved the problem. Please advise.
