can anyone help me please?!?!

last 2 nights on chaturbates my toy has not been reacting to tips, i contacted chaturbates as it said "broadcasting page is with errors". to which they told me it wasn't anything to do with them its yourself i need to speak to ?!?! i have no idea why its doing it. it reacts to the test tips but customer tips are hit and miss i.e 1 will work 10 more wont.

please help im losing customers!
