Instead of trying to find people with the patterns maybe add a friend search of sorts. Bio in the profile and other things too. Google play does NOT condone this. I've read their policies and you can add it.

Hi Loving Master,
we got removed from the app store in the past just because of our pattern section.
The reason was that a member was offering a sexual service through the pattern section.
Thats's why they are not released directly after you post them.
We have to be very careful ?
I push this feature request permanently, hope we find some way around that somehow.
