Why is this so bad lately? Constantly have to refresh, it hangs, messages get an error when sending and then send multiple times. It’s been this way all week. Was great last week. What changed?

We did an update recently and do another very soon.
We hope to fix it with that update

I'm agree with this comment. It's very difficult for the ppl in the chatroom to have a smooth interaction. Would be great if you can fix this issue.
