Been putting on a bit of lockdown weight over the recent months, then maybe u should consider combining some toy fun with excercise by getting yourself a lovense personnel trainer.
The basic premise of the excercise is the 'beep' or PACER test where by you run between two points in a room in an ever decreasing time to cover the distance before the next beep is heard.
In this example the 2 points are 2 toys and the distance is what is achievable for the range of the toy to the toy controller or the space you have available to work with. The beep is the activation of the toys individually.
It is recommended to use toys that are either enterable or insertable and secured in position, such as the nora, ocsi or max
You start at one toy in the first position and your personal trainer activates the toy. When the toy stops the trainer will activate the second toy and you will need to run to the toy to continue the fun. The personal trainer will continue to switch between the toys at an agreed rate to keep you moving and aroused.
Voice or video would help the personal trainer with timings and encouragement with your excersice.
If you only have one toy then you can always have your controlling device as your second point so that your trainer knows your excercising. For example when the toy stops you have to run and send a chat on the controller before the toy is started again.
As a point on safety make sure your toys are well lubed and the route between the toys is clear of objects and trip hazards
