I am not buying any more Lovense toys until I feel confident that you have revised, upgraded and have proven  your web site works with a stable foundation. Every other week some thing goes wrong with the chat ... terrible lag times ... or like now chat not working at all. Even your remote site has problems! How can anyone recommend your product when you have repetitive problems like this? --- A very disappointed consumer.
