Lovense APP - feedback collection

Some people have asked where they should be providing feedback for the Lovense Beta APP. As lovense.com and Lovenselife.com are only affiliated, if you have any feed back then you should send it to them directly by either one of the two routes below.

Either via their web page at https://www.lovense.com/contact
From within the app go to your profile via the top 3 lines at the top left and select help. You will then find a feedback option there where you can add pictures.

I have also been collecting feedback from various users and i will add them as replies to this post, to show what people are already talking about. Feel free to 'like' them or add additional comments or add your feedback by posting your own reply.

I will make sure the Lovense team are aware of the post and check on it regularly

Users can be added to a group without consent

People can add anyone they want in their app to a group they have created or have 'add user' rights to without the consent of the person they are adding.

Users should have the ability to agree to a group before they are added and they should have a toggle switch in their privacy settings so they choose to be added without permission if they want

Add button in groups

in an effort to stop some people getting loads of app requests from groups users, there should be able to change their privacy settings to remove the ability to 'add from group'

No option for one on one

I was hoping that group control would add the option of doing one on one control with another person in the group whilst remaining in the group chat so it would allow threesome or 4some like situations where people all control each other individually rather than just one person controlling all. was hoping for a more he controls her, she controls another, the other controls him kind of thing.

I don't know if anything could be done to the live date feature from this chat so that it works similiarly in groups

Without moderation

With what has seemed to be a massive shift of people from this chat to the app. Everyone is now chatting and meeting in the app groups. I was wondering how these groups will be moderated for content or drama's is that all down to the person who is in charge for the group. Cause the only option is to contact lovense direct as the block and delete option does not remove yourself from the users app so they can still see your status and any toys connected and you might be pulled back into a group with someone you have previously blocked.

Groups remark

I thought the groups remark would be like the mood on the app where it appears as red text under the group name. Instead it overwrites the group name.

In app help

Great to see some detailed help in the app now. including access to all the toy manuals and some detail on how to use the app including ninja mode.

Only thing to note is the long distance sync needs updating for the mission as well

What is sync?

Would I see these if I had connections? I only have my wife right now, and I haven’t made any outside connections.

Trolls and haters beginning to infiltrate and cause problems. Already been trolled and had to leave two groups. Maybe groups is not a good idea and needs to be abandoned. There are plenty of other mediums with groups where you can abuse others, don't want it here,

People can see my username

It's great that you have given us the option to change our name in groups, but when you are first added to a group it defaults to your standard user name. If your added without your knowledge people might see your username for some time before you are aware to change it.

It would be useful if when you are asked to join a group you could choose your screen name or else have a general screen name in your profile which would be your default name in groups.

APP profile

As chat groups have formed in the new beta app there are some groups becoming like general chat with new users meeting each other through the app. Some users have asked for the ability to have a profile so that other users can know their preferences and to limit the number of unwanted friend requests.
