Edge1 and Edge2 fall out no matter how hard I clench.
-Is my butthole defective/broken/a “knock off”?
-Am I wearing the device wrong?

Try adjusting the distance between the head and the perineum end to be further apart. As you “clinch”,if this distance is to close, the perineum end will tend to pull it out. To make sure you are “clinching” properly insert your Edge. Now go pee. You should be able to stop the flow when you “clinch”. Try thinking about pulling the head of the edge up to the base of your penis. Do not give up.
