Looking for feedback on using the USB adaptor with a PC versus the app on a phone/tablet for connecting / sniping/ stability in the community here.

I enjoy the hell out of the community. But the app can be problematic for sure. 

If anyone who uses the USB adapter has any input if it improved their overall experience, I'd be happy to hear about it. 

I currently run the app on an android tablet, as for discretionary purposes (and screen size!) I'd prefer to not have the app on my phone. 

Could run via the USB on a Win10, Linux (Ubuntu or Mint distro) or Chromebook machine.  Reasonably tech savy here, so adapting install is not an issue.
