Why am I getting this after I've controlled someone's toy temporarily stopped no one else is because I've asked them so I'm wondering why I am I keep getting this

You might not want to share your IP address so boldly! People with bad intentions can use that to track you down. To understand why you are being rate limited, let's go over what it means.
So for some reason, the Lovense website has flagged your address with activities that can be considered over-using. You may have been trying to open too many links at once, and it raised red flags in their system's algorithm. It happens. I got rate limited by accidentally opening a second tab on the Smithsonian museum's website last month.
It should b temporary, but you can reset your modem to 'fix the issue'. When you reset your modem, this will also reset the IP address that had the rate limit put on.
