An idea about status.

Now there are three: available, busy, invisible.

It doesn't fit in every situation and people use “available" meaning "hi, ready for chat" or also "hi, ready for play". Or there are "available" meaning online but they are in a control session and not available for play.

I would suggest to add the status: "ready for play" so I can see in my friends list who is online and which whom I can immediately start... If the user is in a control session the status should change so I see that he is "not ready for play"
