I emailed lovense support team on the 3rd of this month about all the broken links and max and leave idiots. I suggested the mods being able to look up specific links and see who picked the link up and they decide what to do with them depending on how often they get caught. I made other suggestions but here's the response I received.

Regardless of what they actually do they are aware of it. I think if more people email and make them aware of just how bad it is maybe it gets fixed faster.
