My lush3 always stops working when the iPhone or USB dongle is not directly in front of it.
Closing my legs and turning my back to my partner or computer controlling the device inside me makes it lose connection and stop.
Is it broken or is the quality really that bad?
I have it since 1 months and only used it 3 times
I just ordered Nora and Max (for my husband) and am a bit afraid we through our money out of the windows
Have you tried it using the control app or just through a computer? Double check to see if the all has the most recent update. Then possibly check with the lovense support team.

As ive heard the lovense toys have a very strong connection,maybe your lush is broken.
They normally never lose their connection, when my max is connected i can literially leave the room
