So you played a little too hard and killed your toy.... Been there! 😅 If your toy is less than 1 year old Lovense should warranty it. It can be a little tricky to find how to do it so here is a step by step Guide:

1. Review the warranty information on this link to see if your poor murdered toy qualifies for the warranty. https://www.lovense.com/warranty 
2. From the warranty page, click the "This Link" hyperlink highlighted in pink at the top or click this link https://www.lovense.com/contact
3. Fill in your name and your email
4. Select "My Order" from the drop down Menu
5. A new "Choose a category" drop down menu will appear. 
6. Select "Warranty/Replacment"
7. Enter your order number and serial number. (see below for instructions on where to find these)
8. Write a brief description on how your toy is not working correctly 
9. Add images if applicable.
10. Click Send

You should receive an automated response fairly quickly and an actual response within a few days. Lovense may have a few more questions for you which they will ask in their follow up email.

Finding Order Number:

If you purchased this toy yourself:

1. Log into your Lovense.com account
2. Click "My Orders" from the menu on the left if you are not already there.
3. Find the toy that you are wishing to warranty
4. Locate the order number at the top

If this toy was an item from your wishlist:

1. Log into your Lovense.com account
2. Click "Wishlist" from the menu on the left.
3. Click "order history" at the top.
4. Find the toy that you are wishing to warranty
5. Locate the order number at the top

Serial Number:

The serial number is the 10 digit number on the box your toy came in
