Any tips for cheering up?

I’d love to know what you do when you’re feeling a bit down, as I’ve been lacking a lot of motivation lately...

I know this is a weird site to ask this, but I’m not really active anywhere else! 😅

Hi.. Is not weird, believe me this kinda of places mostly of the time are full of lonely people. 


When i feel really down the first thing I do is looking time for myself only me. I make a selection of music I love or remember me happy moments I spread the scent I love (in my case vanilla) and I just close the eyes and let the music make the magic. 


When I finish I take a walk, a long walk only to remember me I can walk, I can do that and I start to count all the blessings I have.

Honestly it depends on the reason you feeling down.

But when I'm usually depressed I sometimes go for a walk, get drunk,get drunk and come on here. Or speak to friends in person because sometimes when you and your friends are talking loads of crap it helps to know that everyone ells dosnt know what's going on in life. 

Sometimes I do like to close my eyes tho put head phones on and listen to different types of music and see if I can make a picture in my head to explain the route of me being depressed. 

Worth a try but honestly the best option is trying everything until you find something that works.

Just not drugs tho been there done that

do what you love at most for me its reading or food its how we deal with are depression that counts we are all effected by it

Make sure you talk to people. Worse thing you can do is hold your problems to yourself
