I'm trying to connect my Lovense device to PC but the adapter doesn't work.  I have plugged the USB into the computer but when I click the connect icon it says: "Lovense USB Bluetooth Adapter not connected" even though I have plugged the adapter into the USB-port. Does anyone have any idea why it doesn't work?
