Hi! Is it normal for the Hush 2 1.5” to have such a weak Bluetooth connection? Sitting on the bed is enough to make it disconnect from both my android and iPad.

It constantly disconnects even when my phone is in my pocket while I’m out and about. I don’t have any other Bluetooth devices connected to it :( it’s been doing this since I first got it 2 days ago
