i've tried installing, uninstalling, reconnecting toys, using cellular data, all that i could think of. whenever i give out the control link the person is able to connect to it but it says that im not connected yet / user disconnected :( on my app it says it's active but i cant chat or feel anything on my toy. it was working fine yesterday until i updated the firmware on my domi 2. what do i do?
